Beside investing the construction, Phuc Long Hydroelectricity Joint stock company is preparing the source to operate Phuc Long Hydroelectric Plant.
To prepare the workers to operate, 2020/05/12, Phuc Long organized the interview. After the interview, the internships will have been training and upgrading their specialist knowledge about operating the hydroelectric plant at An Xuan Group’s plant for 5 months included theory and practice.
After the theoretical and practical training course at the plants, the internships will continue to study and observe the equipment fitted up process of Phuc Long Hydroelectric Plant at October 2020 that indeed understand and figure out the equipment and plant structures to secure that operation and maintenance gain the most effectively.
After the internships were selected and trained by the careful and strict method who are ready for accepting and operating Phuc Long Hydroelectric Plant follow the schedule started April 2021.
